One boy, & 3 Girls: Our Everyday

Waking up everyday the same time, to the same sweet hungry cry is a good feeling. I love to listen to my baby girls sleep the soft sound of each breath they take is such a reassuring sound. It gives me a sense of wonderment and hope, it comforts me in so many ways. No matter how they lay when they are asleep they have this look of peace and comfort. You know they feel safe, and loved.

It was a busy week and weekend. Looking thorough what we have done this week tells me I am behind on posts. Nevaeh graduated from her signing class, she is so smart. She can see a sign maybe once or twice and learn it that quick. For example I told her one day Daddy was on his way home from work. She looked at me a signed work (which is knocking one fist on top of the other) They don't actually teach this sign. They show it twice in the end as a "a few more signs" another she learnt by watching her signing videos is "time" and they don't actually teach that either, they use it in the opening song, so when she wants to watch her video she will sign time. It took me a long time to figure that one out.

So to celebrate we went out for milkshakes, yummy, thick, delicious milk shakes!

Nevaeh is just like her mama, she has this obsessive love for popcorn, and would probably eat it until she made her self sick. Grandma sent us her favorite kind of popcorn, and let me tell you this stuff is 10 times better the movie popcorn. Yum!

Maëlle is loving her jolly jumper, she will bounce, and bounce then fall asleep. Don't feel so sorry for her, because as soon as you try to move her game over! She will cry and cry and cry some more. So we have learnt to let have a little cat nap while taking a break from bouncing.

Today we had our fund raiser for the Fraser Valley Child Development Centre. It was a huge success in my eyes, the sun came out, kids danced laughed and played. And the centre raised money!

Nevaeh walked the whole 1 km around the track and earned herself a very pretty ribbon. She bounced the the bouncy castle (with her mama because she was too scared to do it alone) the poor thing was pushed through this half moon shape door (the size of, well lets just say I JUST fit.) She clung on to that bouncy entrance floor for dear life. Saying " oo, oo, oo, oo" that is her way of saying "no, no, no".
